Our boys’ and girls’ teams played two thrilling matches againstBriarMeadowMiddle Schoolyesterday.
Our undefeated Lady Falcons won again by a score of five to zero. Again the girls s’ team captain, Diana Romero and Josseline Amequita led our defense in keeping Briar Meadow scoreless. Alexadria Owens, Vanessa Serrano, Lesly Lopez, Kimberly, Ramirez, and Leah Quitero each scored one goal. All the other members of the team contributed to the win. It was truly a team effort. Great job girls!
Our undefeated boys’ team won also by a score of five to two. The boys’ team captain Anthony Guzman scored two goals, while Tristan Calvin, Alez Nieto, and Jonathan Gill each scored one goal.

Our boys’ and girls’ teams played two thrilling matches againstT.H.RogersMiddle Schoolyesterday.
Our undefeated Lady Falcons won again by a score of four to zero. The girls’ team captain, Diana Romero and Alexadria Owens and Josseline Amequita led our defense in keeping T. H. Rogers scoreless. Vanessa Serrano and Carlena Harris each scored one goal and Sophia Olivares scored two goals. It was truly a team win. Great job girls!
Our undefeated boys’ team won also by a score of four to two. The boys’ team captain Anthony Guzman scored two goals while Leonardo Azcue and George Jeminez each scored one goal. Our defense was anchored by MarcosSegura, Noe Bastidas, Christian McNeil, and Benjamin Diaz with a great deal of support provided by Jonathan Gil.
Great win boys. Great team effort!

Congratulations to the 7th grade Lady Falcons for beating Welch 13-6! The girls finished their season strong winning 6 games! Top scorers against Welch were Kamryn Linton 9 points, Analyn and Charyce both 2 points. All the girls played excellent defense. I am very proud of how hard they worked this season!

Congratulations to the still UNDEFEATED 8th grade Lady Falcons, they punished Lanier 54-25! Sentreal Gregory led the team in assists, steals and scored 12 points, Tanea Thomas 33 points, Felicia Banks with her two 3 point shots and Carlena Harris 3 points. Morgan Broussard had top rebounds. Way to go to the entire 8th grade team!
7th grade Lady Falcons played an exciting game but came up short. Top scorers were Analyn Gonzalez with 10 points, Kamryn Linton 6 points and KAyla Lawrence 4 points. Leading in rebounds Charyce Potter.
The girls play at Welch next Wednesday for their last game of the season, wish them luck!

Congratulations to both 7th & 8th grade Lady Falcons on wins against Dowling!! Both teams played AMAZING basketball! They worked so well as a team!
7th grade won 30-10. Top scorers were Analyn Gonzalez 13 points, Kamryn Linton 9 points, Mariah Reyes 4 points and Doris Rubio 2 points. All the girls stepped up to win the game!
8th grade won 36-10, still UNDEFEATED!!. Top scorers were Sentreal Gregory 19 points, Sophia Olivares 7 points, Felicia Banks and Carlena Harris 3 points and Dawn Isaac 2 points. Excellent hustle and defense by the entire team!!
The girls take on Lanier next Wednesday at Lanier wish them luck!
Congratulations to the 8th grade Lady Falcons on their 2nd place tournament victory. They beat Plummer 26-15, Shotwell 21-4 and played an amazing fast past game against Hamilton but came up short 43-42. Tanea Thomas had 36 total tournament points, Sophia Olivares top rebounder, hustle award Latricia Washington, and tournament MVP Sentreal Gregory with 26 points and top assists. Excellent job to each and every one of the Lady Falcons for playing 3 great games!!
