Magnet Information
We are a TEA Recognized School and a magnet school for technology and Spanish. All students who attend The Rice School/La Escuela must apply. Magnet applications and additional Information about the Magnet application process can be found at Houston ISD Magnet Department website.
Our students attend Spanish language classes from kindergarten through eighth grade.
Technology is an integrated part of learning. Students learn to use computers as tools in their classes as well as develop advanced technology skills.
